The Construction Science and Management students at Texas State University regularly engage in local community outreach projects. Projects range from one day ramp builds with Central Texas Medical Center all the way on to full remodel projects! During the 2015-16 academic year, students completed over 1500 volunteer hours. As a group, we look forward to besting that number during the 2016-17 academic year!
A special thanks goes out to all the local business that were able to donate materials!
This year's Boko's Builders Project was an incredible opportunity for our students to give back to the San Marcos community! Members of the CSA and ASID organizations were able to log over 1,900 service hours and completed $60,000+ of renovation work for a family in our community. Special thanks to Rebuilding Together and DPR Construction for assisting us!
